Lake levels

10/22/13 With the recent rain fall, lake levels did not change much. Lavon went up 1.3 inches and is at 48% full, Chapman did not gain at all. The pipeline to bring water from Texoma to the Wylie treatment plant is estimated to be completed late spring of 2014. Water restrictions will continue until Lavon and Chapman are refilled. Stage 4 could be implemented if Chapman or Lavon reach less than 35% full, and or other triggers.
